Vietnam – Approved by the chickens

Our Vietnamese getaways have led us to enjoy a thousand and one delicacies. It would be endless to draw you the list! However, here are some of our favorites in the country of the conical hat, enjoy!

Hanoï

  • Bun Cha Ta restaurant – to enjoy a very good specialized address of this typical Hanoi dish, the Bun Cha
  • Free walking tour Hanoi – to discover the city accompanied by adorable Vietnamese students looking for an English conversation
  • My Village show at Hanoï opera – for a great performance in a beautiful setting
  • Egg coffee on the Pho Co terrace – not to miss this popular culinary curiosity among Vietnamese

Ha Giang region

  • Ha Giang scooter loop – Dong Van – Du Gia and the Dong Van’s sunday market – for the grandiose landscapes of this well-preserved region from mass tourism
  • Du Gia Homestay – for the setting of this homestay nestled in a valley surrounded by fluorescent rice fields, and for the delicious dinner served there (as well as the rice alcool made, and drunk, by the mama herself)

Cat Ba island

  • A one-day tour organized by Cat Ba Ventures – for the seriousness of this agency that brings us to isolated parts of the bay and for the meal that is served on board
  • Restaurant Yummy in Cat Ba town – to taste the best Chà Ca La Vong dish in the world
